Banana Cake

Ingredients:

Sift together dry ingredients, then add bananas, milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla; blend well. Pour into greased and lightly floured 7 by 11 inch pan (see alternates below). Bake in preheated 350 °F (175 °C) oven for about 34 minutes, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and frost with Fluffy Frosting (I used butter in place of the shortening in the frosting).
