Beef Patty Surprise

We didn’t know what to do that evening—should we make meatballs or patties? The result was this easy, versatile recipe. You can vary the ingredients to taste.

Combine all ingredients. Shape into eight small patties and fry in frying pan until done. Serve over a bed of spaghetti noodles or rice. Top with grated cheese, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dill dip or anything else you can think of! Serves 4.
