- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- A dash of pepper
Combine all ingredients. Shape into eight small patties and fry in frying pan until done. Serve over a bed of spaghetti noodles or rice. Top with grated cheese, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dill dip or anything else you can think of! Serves 4.
