- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 3/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup salad or vegetable oil
Combine egg, vinegar and seasonings in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until mixed. With blender running, remove cover and add oil in a thin, slow, steady stream (if oil sits on top, stop blender and stir with a spoon). When all of the oil has been added, increase speed to high and blend a few seconds longer to thicken. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
