- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup salad or vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
Using electric blender, process egg, vinegar and seasonings until mixed. With blender running, add oil in a slow, steady stream; process until all of the oil has been added and mixture is thickened. Remove from blender and stir in the sour cream. Makes 2-1/4 cups.
