Never before have I used Flash on this website, partly because I didn’t want to make “heavy” Web pages, that is, pages that load slowly on dial-up connections (this is a non-issue nowadays as most people have broadband); and partly because until recently, I didn’t know how to embed Flash by using standards-compliant markup. Well, those days are now over.
Check out the three objects below; they should work on any modern Web browser. The first one is (so far) the only video I have ever posted to YouTube; it shows a large fireworks fountain shot off in our front yard on July 4, 2008. The second one is my music playlist from Playlist.com, and the third one is my music store which also appears at my MySpace page (which is screaming for an update; shame on me!).
(UPDATE, September 21, 2011: The third one doesn’t exist anymore, so the object has been removed.)
Incidentally, a couple of my co-workers have asked me recently if I had any new music in the works. So far I am not recording anything, but if all goes well, that will change in the near future.
