Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 2004:
We got up after 9 a.m. and watched the Macy’s parade on TV. I started the
turkey in the oven at 10:45. Much to my surprise, it was almost done by 1 p.m.!
Dinner (2 p.m.) included turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, green bean casserole, corn, apples and pears with fruit dip, dinner rolls, fruit salad with Cool Whip, cran-raspberry jelly, sweet potatoes, deviled eggs, and sparkling Cold Duck to drink. Pie later with French Vanilla Cool Whip.
