Serendipity strikes again: We had seen this display at 1115 North Oakhill several times, but never had it looked like this! Jeff Kessler and his family decked out their yard in full Halloween fashion, and this evening there would be foggers, strobe lights and eerie music. They also receive about 200 visitors each year.
