Just enter a number where it says “Quantity (or value) to convert”, select the units you’re starting with and the units you want to convert to, then click the magic button that says “Do the conversion” or press any key! The pages use JavaScript, so your computer will do the calculation, and the result will display instantly in a pop-up alert box.
You can reach the first input field of any form by using access key q or z (they are noted in parentheses).
If your browser does not support JavaScript, or if you have scripting turned off, the conversion forms will not work. A page of conversion factors and formulas is included in this section for the benefit of anyone who may need it.
