You’re gazing at The Oo Kingdom, Version 18. It’s marked up entirely in HTML 5, complete with several newly-introduced semantic elements.
Until the conversion is complete, the site is a mess to behold: pages that are styled similar to this one (check the fonts and colors) are in Version 18; pages in a serif font and textured background are in Version 17, while pages in orange and tan with Verdana text are in Version 16. The conversion process will be gradual, as all of the markup is done by hand using Windows Notepad. Many pages will be rewritten, and some may disappear entirely. This is an extreme makeover in progress, so return often to watch the transformation as it unfolds.
