This post is a quick attempt to catch up on recent news.
Joe graduated from high school this spring. He was accepted to Crossroads College in Rochester, Minnesota for the fall semester. He will major in Youth & Family Ministries with a minor in Psychology.
Wendi, Joe and I had a nice vacation in July. We spent three days in Green Bay (Wendi grew up there), then motored to Rochester, Minnesota, where Joe will be attending college this fall. On the way across, we stopped at my brother’s house in central Wisconsin, where we had a nice visit (we hadn’t seen him in six years).
A friend of the family was married on August 18. I (Charlie) played piano and also sang three songs at the wedding. Joe ran the sound booth. Wendi helped prepare food for the reception.
